New Computer Hardware Specs?

Okay guys.

This is the new computer I bought for DIRT cheap at CompUSA last week. Okay so I'm already kind of regretting it. Not because it wasn't a good computer for the price but because it came with no box, no details, no detailed specs or ANYTHING!

I'm so frustrated. I can't even figure out the motherboard model from Intel so I can figure out what sort of sound card I have and what driver might work for Linux.

If anyone can help me figure out all of the specs for my computer, I'd REALLY appreciate it!
I'm currently running SuSe only because it's the only one that would boot into X for me with my monitor

But I'd prefer to run Gentoo or Arch if I can figure out the specs to know how to set up X on my own.
I am honestly sort of missing my falling apart, louder than a tractor computer with my 200 lbs monitor. At least I knew all of the details on it.

I'm clueless!
I know that it's an Intel Motherboard and ATA, Pentium 4.
