I am trying to use a Huawei E612 3G card with a Debian testing distro, kernel 2.6.16. When typing
Code:
pccardctl status
I get "Socket 0: 3.3V 32-bit PC Card" but with
Code:
pccardctl ident
I obtain "Socket 0: no product info available".
No
devices can be found in /sys/bus/pcmcia/devices.
I have added
Code:
pci=assign-busses
to the /boot/grub/menu.lst with no result.

I will appreciate any help.
