    dvd-r constantly reads the cd

    Just recently I got suse 9.0 profesional. It works great, however I noticed that whenever I leave a cd in the tray it constantly keeps spining and it doesn't stop, couple of times I forgot to take the cd out and the whole cd bay would just heatup. Any suggestion on how to fix this minor problem would be greatly apprechiated.
    I'm running Suse 9.0pro and it is an LG DVD recorder

    unmount the cdrom when you have finnished with it: as root:

    umount /dev/cdrom
