You should see an icon for the USB drive on your desktop. Right-click on it, and select "Eject" or "Unmount" (if both are there, it doesn't matter which one you choose).

    device on/off LED

If i click on it there is only the Unmount option ...and if i click this option the bias LED of the flash-usb memory dont off doesnt matter? ... if i reboot the machine the flash-usb led was off , so there is some command for total shut down the usb device

    Thanks

Select "unmount", then, and wait for the light to turn off (at least if it shows that there's activity, if it just turns on whenever it's plugged in then it doesn't matter).
