Monitor settings improper
Hi,
I am a newbie to SuSe (Linux infact).
My installed system doesn't seems to be supporting my monitor settings.
I get display on only a part of the entire screen.
I use LG Studioworks 563N monitor, however, the settings of the monitor shows as Vera (??) with 1024X280 pix.
Please suggest what to do.
Thanks in advance.

in GRUB screen, select SuSe title and press 3. press 'Enter' key. SuSe will boot up in command line mode and drop you at command line login prompt. log in as root and execute 'sax2' (without quotes). configure display settings and execute 'startx' to check GUI.
CasperIt is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Resolution
Thanks !!!
I managed to resolve the issue. I found my monitor listed in the menu of the SAX2 file.
Regards.
