    mythtv and decoder


    hello
    I am trying to get a pcHDTV USB device to work with mythtv and as far as i can tell it is not detected in sabayon gentoo. is there a way to install the device and configure it with myth? I have also tried knoppmyth and it cannot see the device.

    Never heard of a pcHDTV USB device, just looked on http://www.pchdtv.com/ and they don't show it as one of thier products only the pcHDTV HD-5500 pci card.
    You sure thats the correct model #?

    if no one knows, is there a good decoder that is usb, hdtv, and compatible with myth/gentoo?
