    hi
    i am new to linux
    my system has 256 RAM Pentium-3 1.11 GHz
    i instal FC4
    it take atlest 1 min to open any folder or file
    so i sifted to redhat-9 due to unavailable of package
    i again decided to sift to FC
    give me the instruction to instal FC4 or 5
    please give me each and every bit of information
    with out changing to hardware

    there are a lot services run in background that a Desktop PC user doesn't need or use. stop all those services. check this tutorial for installaing Fedora. instructions are same for FC4 and FC5 too.
