Can't get my windows partition available in Fedora Core 1

I have Linux installed on one hard drive (hdb) and Windows XP Pro installed on another (hda)

I want to be able to access some Windows files from Linux.

I am not really sure how to do this. I am pretty sure you edit the fstab file. But again, I don't know what to put in it even if I am right.

    Can someone help? Thanks

Yes, you should probably search the forums.
But just because I'm such a nice fellow I am going to give you a couple of pointers :

1 ) Make sure your kernel supports the fs (NTFS, vfat or whatever)
    2 ) Read the man-page for mount
3 ) Get some info on fstab
    4 ) Return back a lot smarter
