I only can got 800x600 and in windows, I could go up to 1024x768, do I need drivers or something?...

    Video Card

    What kind of video card do you have? Also, please post the "Display" section of your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file. You should see your available resolutions listed toward the end.

    I dunno, ill see if I can get the contents of the file when I get home... When I goto the screen resolution settings 1024x768 doesnt show up like it does in WIndows..
