    Ultra Small Form Factor PCs?

Does anyone make an ultra small form factor PC case
or perhaps some form of appliance? I want to be able
to slap in a motherboard, hard drive and DVD player w/
2 network interfaces and create a Linux 'appliance' for
some of my home network needs. I want it to be tiny.
Like the Mac Mini size, only with a pair of network ports
so I can potentially handle firewall and VPN functions.

    Any leads on good hardware?

Try Pico-ITX from VIA (Taiwan). Size: 10 cm x 7 cm.

I do not know about the Linux driver for its unichrome chipset.

AFAIK the current 3D driver for Unichrome is still in Alpha quality/slow and buggy.
