Nvidia drivers in SUSE linux 9.1 pro
I have a Geforce 5600 and I am running Suse Linux 9.1 pro. the problem is that every time I try to install the nvidia drivers both from nvidia and using YOU after I reboot the system it goes into INIT 5 then all i get is a blank screen. I have tried booting into INIT 3 and going to INIT 5 from there. I have edited my XF86Config file, I have configured SAX2 correctly still when i reboot some my changes take effect it locks up and I get a blank screen when I go into INIT 5. I have tried a number of things. someone come to my rescue

Did you remember to run sax2 -m 0=nvidia after the installation. So you can set everything up?
