kernel: usb.c: USB device 2 (vend/prod 0x411/0xc9) is not claimed by any active driver.
/etc/hotplug/usb.agent: ... no modules for USB product 411/c9/100

Update the kernel.
Try using udev.
You need a driver for it. Try finding a factory website and seeing if a Linux driver is supplied. If not, try searching the web for more information. Try using the brand name and typing in "Linux."kernel: usb.c: USB device 2 (vend/prod 0x411/0xc9) is not claimed by any active driver.
