Keyboard not working upon loading login screen.
This has occured across several distros, including Ubuntu, Fedora and now Debian.
I am using a normal ps2 keyboard. It even works while GRUB is up. It also works whenever I boot into Windows. But ocassionally, maybe 10% of all start up, whenever I finally hit the login screen, and start typing, nothing happens.
What could be the cause of the problem? And how could I fix it?
Note, as I said before, I've used several versions of Ubuntu, Fedora 11, and the lastest Debian (with unstable), all of them have had this problem.
I'm posting this now because, generally a restart 'fixes' it. Only this time, I've restarted eight times, and I'm slightly annoyed.
