multiple sound cards

hi i have 3 sound cards on my computer and im running mandriva 2006 with the KDE grafical enviornment i was woundering how to change the dufault sound device.
my sound cards are:
1: USB plantronics DSP 500
2: intel AC'97 integrated sound
3: sound blaster audigy 2 value

i want to use the sound blaster but it dufaults to the DSP500 headset

I don't use KDE anymore, but I was thinking there was an option to select the default sound device from within the KDE Control Center. If that's not correct, maybe someone will advise further.
