Small Distro Help

i was wondering if you could help me create a small distro with fltk as GUI.

Basically what i want to do is a Distro with the following base components.

ucllibc
busybox
fltk
tcc(tiny C compiler) if possible.
linux 2.6 or 2.4

that is for the basic system, tell me if I am missing anything critical.
and if someone can provide me with detailed steps on how to create the build environment.

I want this basically to know more about linux, and small systems, also to rehabilitate an old laptop i have that does not accept cd's .

Crux has a seemingly simple direction for creating your own personal version out of their base 2.3 version. I'm going to make one myself pretty soon...

I appreciate the offer, but first time around, I think I'd prefer to go it alone. Then once I'm finished, I can guide you through the process if you still want to do it.

Sure i respect that, i will also try to get my small project going, who knows maybe in the future we will join forces and Konquer the World *mad laughter* Muahahahaha
