MBR Edit
Hi,
I don't have a Vista Recovery CD, i was really asking whether there are any tools available for linux which will rewrite the MBR as if it was done from a Windows Recovery Disk.
Thanks
Richard.

The SuperGRUB LiveCD can restore Linux or Windows bootloader:
Super Grub Disk Webpage: Home Page
Just download the current version, burn it to CD, and put it to work.oz
