Lilo returns 99, GRUB wont start, im stuck

It all began when i installed Suse 9.1, i had 9.0 but then i only had a single harddrive, now i got to, i decided to put linux on the second hard drive, installation worked fine. After 28 hours of downloading and installing it was time for Reboot.... and it rebooted, but when Grub usally starts it just stand GRUB on the screen, i putted in the Linux CD and choosed boot from partition (Bad i couldnt boot from the windows partition) and choosed LILO instead of GRUB, what did i get?, I got only LILO and 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99, It typed 99 99 99 abot 15 rows then it ended with it and im stuck here, what should i do?, is there any boot floppy i can use so i can choose wich partition to boot from with that or what should i do?
