Linspire 4.5 Install
Well I want to give LInspire (Lindows) a god, so I purchased and downloaded it via BitTorrent from their site.
I want to do a dual boot with XP, XP on Primary Drive, and Linspire on Secondary drive.
Step One: Insert CD and reboot with CD-ROM booting before HDD. Done
Step Two: On first Menu Select 'Install' Done
Step Three: On next menu Select "Advanced" Problem
The problem is, when I hit Install, it goes straight to "Starting Install", it takes its time, then at the end, says Linspire is Installed, and to remove the CD and hit anykey.
It hasn't asked me to do anything, verify anything, or ask it where to install.
Windows is still fine. What have I done wrong, or what is wrong? Anyone?
My System Specs are:
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ 1.8Ghz
512 3200 DDR RAM
120GB HDD (Primary)
9.8GB HDD (Where I want Linspire)

you should look into grub, since most linux people are very comfortable with that. i've installed that many times.
these sites might help
if the loader is in fact the problem.
