network install from other linux?
I have a laptop with floppy and network card but NO cdrom. I have the two floppy linux of Blueflops running in the ram. I want to:
1. format the drive and repartition. What commands should I investigate to do that?
2. Install maybe gentoo via the floppy and network card probably using blueflops. Is there a way to do that? Is there a guide for that somewhere?
Ack!

I don't know about booting gentoo via a floppy, but if you have a network and a computer with a cd drive, i think that you could mount the other computers cd over the network, and install a gentoo kernel from their (enough to boot the minimal live cd) then run the install, unfortunely i dont know the specifics of doing that, but lookinto gentoos docs on their website and see if that works.
