Hi and Welcome !
USB Legacy Support option is available in BIOS. Press F1 or Esc key ( Check MotherBoard's manual ) at startup to enter in BIOS Settings. Look for USB Legacy Support and toggle enable/disable.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
