    Hi and Welcome !

Post your Machine's specs here. Out of Range and Blank Screen errors pop u coz of unsupported Graphics Cards most of the time.

When you boot Ubuntu, try using the option that uses vesa or framebuffer/fbdev.

    My pc spec

    1) Intel Pentium 1.5ghz
    2) Graphic card: Geforce2 MX-200 64MB

When i press ctrl + alt backspace, I can see the error that stated: unsupported cpu frecuency. I tried to change frecuency in bios setup from 100 to 90 (cannot go lower) but still the same error, Monitor Out of Range

Its a Graphics Card problem only. Have you tried daark.child's suggestion?
In case, that doesn't work, download Ubuntu Alternate Installation CD. It has text based installer and you wont have any installation problem. Its very easy to fix Graphics Problem after installation.

This is a direct link of Ubuntu Alternate Installation .iso image. Check here. ( Scroll down to Ubuntu-7.10-alternate-i386.iso )
