Regarding Samba on windows 2003 server r2

hi....

I have got one main server in which I have installed windows 2003 server r2, and I have got other two server which I want to make it as domain control in which I have installled Ubuntu.
So i am planning to use samba on Ubuntu as PDC. I just want to ask you that is it possible to do so and if yes then how. Can you please explain the steps.
Secondly how to set samba on windows server 2003 r2.Can you plz explain the steps...
plz help me out
