Dual-booting with MAC OS X
Hey, I'm kinda new I was wondering if it was possible to dual-boot Mandrake or any kind of linux with MAC OS X?
I really want to use linux with my new system.

Yes. You can dual-boot with any Linux PPC distro. Mandrake, Yelow-Dog and Gentoo come to mind.

But is it easy to do it? Which linux do you suggest? I have a PowerMac G5.

Not being a Mac user my self and thus having no experience with Linux on Mac, I can't make a suggestion on which you should use. However, if you have no experience with Linux at all, I'd suggest you steer clear from Gentoo for the time being.
Some time back I watched a video on installing YellowDog, Which is a RedHat RPM based distro. I seem to recall it wasn't difficult to install. The same should go for Mandrake as it is geared towards beginners.OH NOOOOO!!!!!! You did it the way I said?

and suse is a good solution..easy installation,easy set-up with yast2 and online updates with YOU...it's ur choice!
