Partition Error...Please Help!

Hi. My upgrade to Hardy didn't go so well so I decided to reinstall it over the existing install, only I ended up creating another partition and installing it. After the install I booted up with the live cd to erase the original hardy partition (the one I didn't want). Now I can't boot, and my fstab file is messed up. Not sure how to fix. Please help.

Can you use the Live CD and post your "fdisk -l" results and your menu.lst? Where did you put the bootloader, mbr, boot partition?
