Mandrake 9.1 and SATA drive
Can anyone give me a practical way to install Mandrake 9.1 on a SATA hard disk (which a priori is not recognised) . The disk is a Seagate Baracuda ST 3800 13AS GB . Thanks

Your version of mandrake is to old use 10.0 that uses the 2.6.3 kernel I found the answer on mandrake forum searching Google for install mandrake sata

Yeah, sure, that's a way and I have actually ordered Mandrake 10.0 for AMD 64 which is on the way. But still ...
