Dear Friends,
I had the os menu as the following in a Dual Booting.

2. Windows XP
I installed Fedora 9 yesterday and Ubuntu Disappeared from the menu. the Boot loader also no Fedora's BL. I thought to install ubuntu again. I am using one modified Ubuntu Security Distro for testing purpose.
My Question is:
Shall i install the ubuntu now ? will i get the things corrent ? or any other solutions available in this installation for dual booting ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi and Welcome !
Fedora Installer doesn't detect other installed Linux distros. You have to add an entry of Ubuntu in Fedora's GRUB.
Mount Ubuntu's root partition, copy first title block from its boot/grub/menu.lst file and paste in Fedora's /boot/grub/grub.conf file.
In case you dont know how to do that, execute this in Fedora's Terminal/Konsole :
Post output here.Code:su - /sbin/fdisk -l df -h
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
