Another option is to look for trial verisions of Hard Disk management/resizing tools included on CD's on computer magazine cover disks.
The tools should be reviewed in the mag with some explination on how to use it as well.
NOTE: not all trial versions allow you to modify your disks so check in the magazine first to see what the trail limitations are.
