    One possbility is install program of Virtual machine, and install fedora in virtual machine.

    I recommend Virtual box, is Open source and run very good.

    Installing inside windows can be done with Ubuntu. Put the Ubuntu cd while windows are running and select install Ubuntu inside windows.
    You will not have both Ubuntu and xp running at the same time though. When you boot your rc, a boot loader will appear and you can selet either Ubuntu or windows.
    If you want them running together, try what PellRoja says.
