Hi and Welcome !
Try passing all-generic-ide option to kernel.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

I tried
vicisingle all-ide-generic irqpoll nolapic noapic
Still it says
Loading SCSI DRIVER...Loading ahci driver ...
I toook out the SATA HDD 250 gb and inserted in the low end machine where my current server is working with 80 gb. I installed vicidialnow and it went through. But after installation, i took out the 250 GB HDD and inserted it in BIOS Version : 2.61
Processor : AMD 5600 X2
Motherboard : ASUS M3A78-EM
Ram : 4 GB 800 freq , i can start the server/dialer but its getting hang. My tech guy said its some kernel problem. and Asked that we need to resolve this "Loading ahci driver" and install vicidialnow in ASUS motherboard only . but no idea how to resolve it. I tried with 1 GB ram also.. but still...
I tried this also :
acpi=off
