Hi,
i was trying to create a physical volume that has 8e filesyste type on it using pvcreate
pvcreate /dev/hdd4
but it gave me the error
Device /dev/hdd4 not found ...

unable to create physical volume
Hi,
i was trying to create a physical volume that has 8e filesyste type on it using pvcreate
pvcreate /dev/hdd4
but it gave me the error
Device /dev/hdd4 not found (or ignored by filtering).
please recommend
