unetbootin fails with all distros except ubuntu
I was trying to install Linux - any distro: openSuse 11.1, Debian lenny, Debris, Parted Magic, Mandriva, ubuntu alternate CD - and failed every time, except with ubuntu Intrepid. unetbootin show its menu and starts booting the distro, then either the actual distro boot fails or, if it has an install boot option, this fails too. According to the error messages all those distros can't find install media or fail to mount certain partitions. I tried it on 2 very different computers, same result. Also tried some of those ISO images to create a virtual machine where they worked perfectly. My USB pendrive is a 8GB Sandisk cruzer. Any thoughts?
