    Hello I am new to linux..

    I am trying to change my screen resolution..
    I am running acer 4520 and fedora 10... and have nvidia 7000m...
    max resolution.. is 800x600
    I have seen my xorg.conf file...
    Section "Device"
    Identifier "Videocard0"
    Driver "vesa"
    EndSection

    ...what should I do to increase screen resolution..?

    Hi and Welcome !

    Have you tried to install Nvidia Proprietary driver?
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
