Have you set CD/DVD drive as First Boot Device in BIOS?
Which version of RedHat are you planning to install?It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Hoo..! i'm not sure it's happen cause OS have different file system. true or false
or cause Boot loader?

Red hat doesnt automatically detects other OS and adds it in Grub menu.
you have to manually add the enrty of Windows.
In this case: file to edityou have to add/etc/grub.conf
remeber replace (hd<drirve no>,<partition no>)title Windows Xp
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
of Windows installation, 0 is 1st drive & 0 is 1st Partition.
