I have installed CentOs 5.2, apache tomcat 5 already included
I would like to upgrade to tomcat 6 how can I do that ?

I think upgrading will not solve your purpose.......rather go for downloading a newer version and install it thereafter.
Didn't heard till now that someone has upgraded an older tomcat version.
