Linux installation problem
Hi, i can't install linux on my pc.
recently i partitioned my hard disk and make a separate 25gb drive for Linux. i installed Fedora, Mandriva 2009. After installation when i reboot and run linux, it hanged my pc. after some second, the status bar are stopped. i waited 30min but there is no progress. then i tried ubuntu 8.04 and i can't run the live cd. The situation is same.
I ran fedora 9, mandriva, Ubuntu, open suse bedore on my pc. but this time i can't able to install any linux.
can anybody help me plz..
My pc configuration:
1. Intel Core2Duo 2.13GHz
2. Intel DG965RY main board
3. 1.5 GB RAM
4. Nvidia 7300GS pci express
5. 160GB sata HD
6. DVD rom (sata)
7. DVD writer (not sata)

Remove the 'rhgb quiet' at the end of the kernel line in grub.
Perhaps the output will assist you in discovering the problem.
