Dell PowerEdge 750, Network Drivers for Redhat 9

I am very new to the linux world, Am trying to learn, as i Go.
I am trying to get Readhat 9 running on a Dell Poweredge server
I did an install without a problem, however the Network card was not recognized during the install.
I called dell, and they do not support the server running redhat 9, only verison 3.
They did however, send me a Linux driver for my network card from intel.
However i cannot seem to get the driver to install correctly,
the Link the dell tech sent me was

The Ethernet card chipset as told to me by the dell tech is an intel 82541GL
its a Gigabit ethernet card.
Any help with this would be greatly apprecaited..

Do you get any error msg's? If any, can you please post them.

I did not see any error messages during install.
im not sure where to look for logs or anything
