Linux cluster with One highe configuration m/c and other low end m/c

I am very new to Linux. I want to create a linux cluster. I have one PC with high configuration and 3 PCs with Low configuration. I want to make cluster in such way that high end configuration PC will act as server and other PCs will be it's client. All softwres will be installed on server and client will run the softwres from server so that they will use server resources.

Is it possible? If yes can anybody please tel me how? It will be helpful if some one tel me what should be use for it. Once I get clue I will serch on net.

PLEASE HELP!!!

What you're describing is not really a cluster, it's more a network.

Cluster : many computer linked in a way you can only see one big computer
