    how to install newt

    hi i am doing my project web radio. i hav to use newt,lame softwares to work on this project. am not able to compile the code. It is showing the error

    "error: newt.h: No such file or directory"

    how to install newt and lame ? how to compile the code? please tell me! thanks in advance!!!
