    Welcome to the forums!

Check out the Parted Magic LiveCD for fixing or rearranging your partitions and any unallocated space. It has an easy to use GUI and works quite well if you aren't familiar with partitioning from the command line.

The Program GParted is also part of most Linux-Distros.
Look if you have luck it is also included into suse. So if you start via LiveCD you can also use GParted.

    Hi friends,
I have successfully formatted the pendrive, I use the 'partitioner' application in Suse 11 Live CD.
    Formatted as primary and FAT.

    Thanks.
