Problems installing Mandriva 2008 Spring on vm Workstation 7
Hey,
I'm a Linux newbie who's trying to trip to Masterness,
I know programming basis, and I have no problem with coding at all
(I even enjoy it
)
Well, anyways, here's my problem:
I have VMWorkstation 7 installed on my PC, along with a ISO file containing Mandriva Spring 2008, when I run Workstation it prompts a configuration UI,
I fill it like this:
Installation Source: I type the ISO's path here.
Specify Guesting OS: I go to Linux cat. and choose Mandriva.
Machine name & Output path: Anything will do the trick
Specify Disk Space: I use default (20GB)
Then, after a quick check the BIOS starts.
After sometime, it stops and prompts the following Message:
"PXE-E50: No boot filename found".
If anyone knows how to solve this, please let me know.
Thanks on Advance
