I'm not familiar with this application, and it isn't in any of the repositories that I use. However, going to the ostube web site I see that it is a video portal server software package. Since they require registration to download the package(s) I don't know if they provide an RPM for Red Hat / Fedora / CentOS or if they distribute via a configure/make operation. In any case, you aren't providing enough information as to the format of the package you got to help you.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
