I want to install the fedora12 on the VMware7, and fedora12 is a iso file. when VMware boot the iso file, there is a problem: could find kernel image:linux,
i google some solution, like vmlinux initrd=initrd.img, but it doesn't work....anyone have some idea about this???

Hi,
I'm not familiar with VMware so I cannot answer this particular question. Perhaps the others would be in a better position.
However, may I ask if you have given virtualbox a try? I have used it for quite some time and have found it be relatively easy to operate. IMHO
