is this normal
Just having problems, keep trying to install Suse as i had it back in the 6.4 days and it was nice and easy to install.. just didnt have any internet with it
but now i try and install it goes nuts .. cant find this file .. this file damaged etc
seems more data the more errors

Sounds like a corrupted download to me. Have you checked the md5sum against the one provided on the site?

If Installations was successful a few days back then something is wrong with installation media. Try to burn .iso image again. Check your CD/DVD Drive too.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
