    XP after Fedora Core

    i had fedora core and XP on my system .then i reinstalled XP and now my MBR has been replaced so i dont get the grub page in the begginning .how do i install grub and get my bootloader without installing inux again

    i dont hav a insert disk too ,but hav a RED hat 9 CD
