Is there a way to make an ISO of your existing distro, and then install it to another computer, including all your files and programs?...

The easiest option in my opinion is to use a cloning tool such as Clonezilla to make a system image of your partitions, then restore the image to the other computer:

    Clonezilla

Some other tools that can do this would include FSArchiver, Ghost4Linux, PartClone, and PartImage.

Perhaps someone will respond with instructions for creating an ISO file if system cloning/imaging isn't an option that will work for you.
