    Wink Trying to install Blue Katana on Pentium III

    I can't seem to ge blue katana to load on my old Pentium III. I had it on here once before about 8 years ago. It gets to "checking partician hda:" and just stops. Any ideas anyone?

    Which blue katana release are you trying to install? If the release you are trying to install is 8 years old, I'd highly recommend trying a newer release.

    What are the other specs for your machine?

    Have you tried installing any other Linux distros?

    i've never heard of this distro, where did you get it?

    also, if it is the same one from 8 years ago, i'd recommend using a modern lightweight distro over that anyway

    Make sure that you've properly burned the ISO file to disk as an image:

    Once you are sure you've burned the disk correctly, post any errors that you encounter at boot time here and maybe someone can help.

    Could you post exact specs of your machine? How much RAM do you have?
