Hello & Welcome!
Many ways to do this but you might want to start by preparing to partition your HD. You can decide how much to allot per OS.
Tools like Parted Magic can be very helpful as it has gparted in it. A partitioning tool with an easy to use GUI.
Can you please post the outputs of
fdisk -l & df -h here too?
