Help in making web hosting linux server

I want to make a server for web hosting in Linux ,do have another pc but have absolutely no clue

Could you teach me how to do it?

Your topic is too generic.

Installation of that "other PC",
its network,
choosing of software stack (php, perl, python, java,..),
which webserver,
what security level,
etc, etc

As mentioned, you should maybe start by getting some experience on your own.

What distribution do you intend to use? There are many articles on the web, that can help you, but they tend to be distro specific.
