    installation of AUTO ( bifurcation process)

    while installing AUTO on linux open suse , we are facing difficulty.
    its non interactive with open suse. as it was shown on the console.
    please give me detail about installation procedure and if possible a portable AUTO( for bifuracation process
    ) software.
    i tried AUTO07 & AUTO2000.

    I was about to reply, that auto07 and auto200 are deserted since 2001.

    As it seems, this is true.
    But there is a successor: AUTO-07P

    Install instructions are in a pdf in the doc/ directory.
    They also list dependencies.

    At a first glance, it should be a regular
    Code:
    ./configure 
make 
make install
    Define "portable".
    But maybe you may want to deb/rpm package that.
    You must always face the curtain with a bow.
