    how to make a live Schillix 7.2 bootable USB


    Hi,
    I need help in making a bootable USB stick for Schillix 7.2 OS. The iso image available on the web is a DVD image.

    Get Unetbootin and it will happily create a live USB drive for you. Get it at: http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
    Just remember, Semper Gumbi - always be flexible!

    Hi,
    Thanks for the tip. I started creating a live usb image using Unetbootin yesterday, its going on still - more than 12hrs, does it go so long?

    Something is probably wrong. It should only take a few minutes once the iso image is downloaded.
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
    Just remember, Semper Gumbi - always be flexible!
